One of the difficult Elden Ring choices you may face is giving Nepheli the Seluvis Potion. This is part of a rather strange sub-quest that you may encounter during Ranny's quest chain. But while this quest is weird, with the right choice, you can get one of the best summons in the game. So let's quickly check what to do with Seluvis' potion in Elden Ring.

Should I give Seluvis' potion to Nefeli in Elden Ring?

You should not give the Seluvis Potion to the Nefeli, but give it to the Dung Eater. This is a somewhat odd choice, but it will be fruitful later on as it will give you a Dung Eater puppet. You can then summon this spirit to help you in some fights. Here's how the questline goes:

1. When you start with Ranny's quest chain, she will ask you to speak with Bladed, Iji's military adviser and mentor Seluvis.
2. You can talk to his ghostly form in Ranni's Rise, after which he will ask you to meet him in his tower.
3. Travel to Seluvis Rise and speak with Seluvis.
4. He will then ask you to find Nefeli and force her to drink the potion.
5. Here you will get Seluvis Potion.

• When you give the potion to Nefeli:

• Give Potion to Dung Eater:
