When can Formula 1 fans expect the new game? History gives us a good idea!


The new year is here and all eyes are on the F1 23 release date.


While not announced at this time, we do know that Codemasters will continue its successful Formula 1 franchise in 2023.


F1 23 release date is still a mystery, but maybe we can clear up some things!

Release date of F1 23

Codemasters has set a late June/early July release window for the Formula 1 series, but when will F1 23 be out?


Last year's title hit shelves on July 1st, with F1 2021 due out on July 16th. There was some early access for players, but those were the official release dates.


It's a good place as there is enough data for Codemasters to properly establish driver and team performance and see what teams have done with rule changes over the winter.


However, it's not ideal since the season is already half over when the game comes out.


We anticipate the F1 23 release date to be around July 7th, 2023.
